1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–10 business days in total — 1–2 business days to prepare your order, then 4–8 business days in transit. Shipping within the United States is free. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
2. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, and return shipping is free for eligible returns. Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging where possible. See our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before it enters processing or shipment. Once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you are welcome to use the return process once it is delivered.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payment through our secure Whop checkout. See our Payment Policy for details.
5. Is shopping on your site secure?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into the provider’s secure payment fields — The Iver Shop does not collect or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
6. Do you ship internationally?

7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States — $0.00 at checkout.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Get in touch with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where applicable. Eligible issues qualify for a replacement or a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. Orders ship within the United States, so there are no customs or import charges. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
